Veranda added some charm. Our stay here was good, great base for exploring Suntikoppa.

We had a great time at this hotel! The cleanliness was exceptional, especially the pool area. Hotel facilities were top-notch, providing transportation to events. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We loved the location, away from city life, in a picturesque setting close to the desert.

Though this hotel provides an ideal setting for relaxation, the Wi, Fi connection is unstable during the stay. We faced difficulty in staying connected with our family and friends.

Good food and lots of physical activities to do, including a fitness centre, Zipline and badminton. Location is remote but serene, in the middle of coffee plantations.

Rooms need maintenance, with some appliances not working and stains on the sheets. Staff seemed overworked and uninterested in helping with guests' needs.
